Potential clients will be contacted in the order that they originally contacted me, a those that respond first will be booked for training. I limit my weekly session load to a total of 24 per week, to be held during the above office hours. Training begins with a free consultation. This consultation gives you and opportunity to check out the gym and learn about my program design and experience. It also gives me an opportunity to learn about your goals, preferences, and medical concerns so that I may best personalize a program for you. The consultation takes 20-40 minutes depending on how many questions you may have for me, Sessions should be purchased within 5 days after the free consultation, and 48 hours prior to your first training session.
