Independent Program (Two Written Sessions for Home Practice)
• 40 minute in person consultation with Kathy to gather information about your equipment, preference, exercise history, goals, and medical history for program design. This consulation will be done at Kathy's gym.
• Kathy will use the gathered information to develop two personalized workouts. Please allow 10 business days from the time of consultation for program design
• 90 minute workout session with Kathy to go over the written program together before working out independently. This workout will be done at Kathy's gym. Please bring water, clean shoes, and comfortable workout clothing.
